明日から始まる尾形アツシ展の設えが整いました。
尾形さんは奈良県宇陀市で粉引や刷毛目を中心に作陶なさっています。
当店では2年ぶりの個展開催となります。
今回は、定番の器に加えて、薪窯で焼かれた器や壺など、存在感のある作品も多数並びました。
普段使いとして人気のマグやめし碗、カップ類などはもちろん、
テーブルの主役となるような、一点ものの大皿も見応えのある仕上がりです。
器としての実用性と、焼き物としての力強さが同居する尾形さんの仕事を、ぜひご覧ください。

Atsushi Ogata solo Exhibition

We are pleased to present a solo exhibition by ceramic artist Atsushi Ogata, who continues his work in Uda, Nara Prefecture. This marks his first show at our gallery in two years.
Ogata’s vessels embody the inherent power of nature, drawn into the clay and revealed through fire.
Within the framework of functional tableware, a quiet dialogue with the material unfolds—each piece bearing a distinct presence shaped by this exchange.
In addition to his well-known works with dynamic, textured surfaces such as brush-marked forms, this exhibition will feature a selection of serene kohiki pieces.
The tension held within the firing process leaves a sense of stillness—an open space that gently stirs something within the viewer.

奈良県宇陀市を拠点に作陶を続ける尾形アツシ氏の個展を開催いたします。当店では2年ぶりとなります。
尾形氏の器は、自然が本来持つ力を土に宿し、火に委ねることで立ち現れる力強さと奥行きをたたえています。
食器という枠の内側で繰り広げられる素材との対話が、器に豊かな表情となって現れています。
今回は、定評のある刷毛目などの力強い景色ある器に加え、静かな佇まいを持つ粉引の作品も並びます。
焼成の緊張感の中に残された余白は、手にする人の内側を静かに揺さぶるようです。
